A traditional mahogany break-arch mantel clock in a Georgian style circa. 1780 from Comitti London. Featuring a fine quality curl veneer, lacquered solid brass furniture with a top handle, brass dial with cherub spandrels and silver finish chapter ring behind bevelled glass. The clock face is completed with roman numerals, minute marks and elegant period hands. Fitted with a high quality polished triple chime movement with 9 jewel platform escapements and silencer and including an automatic night silencer and chime sequence correction. This exquisite clock plays three traditional melodies; Westminster, St. Michael and Whittington and would make a perfect addition to any Georgian period home.
